For a week every summer, Lake Doniphan in Excelsior Springs, Missouri becomes a very special place for children that live with Spina Bifida. They get to enjoy time outdoors, doing activities they would not normally be able to do, with other children they can relate to. But none of this wonderful experience could be realized if it weren't for the volunteer counselors that devote their time and talents to this camp every year! Do you have what it takes to make a difference in these kids' lives? Do you want to be a special part of someone's summer? Do you want to spend a week growing and gaining new experiences? If you answered all of these questions with a resounding 'YES', then we want you!
